Holiday Home Features
The home sits on a rear, full-sized section with plenty of space for boat parking. The house is all built on the one level with a wide deck that stretches around all 3 sides of the lounge, capturing the sun until late evening. A very warm home as along the north (sunny) side is 2 of the bedrooms, dining area and lounge. Ranch sliders off both sides of the lounge lead out to the deck, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
During Summer, the house is cooled with air conditioning and in the winter, a heat pump and logburner fire (with plenty of kindling and wood supplied) keeps it warm. There is also a nightstore heater in the hallway plus all queen beds have electric blankets.
4 bedrooms - sleeps up to 13 people.
